Refund policy

At Lisse Skincare, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our skincare products. We understand that sometimes a product may not be right for you, and we offer an exchange policy to accommodate these situations. Please carefully read our exchange policy below:

1. Eligibility for Exchange
We offer exchanges for skincare products within 7 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for an exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • The product must be in perfect condition for resale.

  • You must provide a valid invoice or proof of purchase.

2. Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items are not eligible for exchange:

  • Used, opened, or partially used products.

  • Products that have been intentionally damaged.

  • Customized or special order items.

3. Exchange Process
To initiate an exchange, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our customer service team at skincarebylisse.online within 48 hours of delivery. Provide your order number, the name of the product you wish to exchange, and a brief explanation of why you wish to exchange the item.

  • Our team will review your request and, if approved, will provide you with a prepaid return label. This label must be used to ship the product back to us.

  • Return labels are valid for 14 days from the date they are issued. The returned item must be shipped back to us within this time frame.

4. Return Shipping
We cover the cost of return shipping for eligible exchanges. Please make sure the product is securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit. We recommend placing the original box inside another box to ensure protection.

5. Inspection and Processing
Once we receive your returned product, it will be inspected within 7 business days. If the product is found to be unused, unopened, and in its original condition, we will proceed with the exchange.

  • If the product is deemed ineligible for exchange (e.g., it has been used or damaged), we will notify you via email, and the product will be returned to you at your expense.

6. Exchange for Defective Products
If you believe your product is defective, please contact us immediately. Defective products may be eligible for an exchange if reported within 7 days of delivery. The defective product must be returned in its original packaging. Once we receive the product, we will inspect it to determine if a manufacturing defect is present.

  • If a defect is confirmed, we will send you a replacement product at no additional cost. Please allow 7 business days for inspection and processing.

7. No Refunds
Please note that we do not offer refunds. Exchanges are the only option available under this policy. If an exchange is not possible due to product availability, we may offer store credit at our discretion.

Important Note:
Return acceptance is at the sole discretion of Lisse Skincare. If the item you are returning is not packed correctly and arrives damaged or opened, we will not be able to process your exchange.
